Build the register for your own organisation

Describe what your organisation does in one or two sentences. Prudence writes a small register for it: processing activities, a processor, a notice, an assessment, a transfer, a measure, a risk and a request, all linked to one another. Prudence then checks its own work and leaves at most four gaps for you to close.
